Booking is simple. Once you’re ready, you’ll select your session date and submit the $200 non-refundable retainer to reserve your spot. The retainer is applied toward your total session investment, and your remaining balance is due prior to your session.

This is one of the most common concerns — and completely understandable.

Sessions are child-led, relaxed, and pressure-free. I allow space for movement, breaks, and real connection, and I gently guide rather than force moments. Many parents are surprised by how natural and enjoyable the experience feels, even if their children are shy, energetic, or slow to warm up.

After booking, you’ll receive simple styling guidance to help you feel confident and coordinated without stress.
Select sessions also include access to the client wardrobe, which is especially helpful if you’d like a soft, elevated look without purchasing something new. 

If your child has the need for anything to make them comfortable or put them at ease, bring that. For me, its Hot Wheels. I have them in every car, purse, bag. 

Any item you want to be included in the photographs. Could be heirloom jewelry, a special blanket. Just make sure to let me know so I can highlight it

I provide pre-session location guidance based on light, season, and the type of experience you’re hoping for. Whether you’re local or visiting, I’ll help choose a location that photographs beautifully and feels comfortable for your family.

Most sessions last up to 45 minutes, though some packages include extended session flexibility. This allows time for kids to settle in naturally and keeps the experience calm and unhurried.

Your private online proof gallery will be delivered within 3 weeks of your session. From there, you’ll select your included images and may choose to purchase additional images or a full gallery upgrade if you wish.

Each collection includes a set number of hand-edited digital images, which you choose from your gallery. Additional images and full gallery upgrades are always available, but never required.

Your session includes a print release, allowing you to print and share your images freely. I’m also happy to recommend professional printing options to ensure your images look their best. I can also take over this task for you and place the orders at my lab.

If weather conditions aren’t ideal (such as heavy rain or unsafe conditions), we’ll reschedule for the next available date that works for both of us. I’ll stay in communication as your session approaches so you’re never guessing.

All sessions come with print rights and business sessions come with commercial use rights. This allows you to print your photos as you wish. I do not give copyright usage as your needs can be met with a print release or commercial release. 

If you are concerned about your images being shared on social media-don't be. If you allow me to share your session-that is fantastic but not needed. 

The short answer is no. The unedited proofs do not represent my work. 

There are a lot of catch phrases that are shared online and people like to ask for RAW images when they mean unedited ones. RAW files are large and require special software to open. I do not give out the RAW formats either.  

The $200 retainer is non-refundable and reserves your session date exclusively. If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate with notice.

Completely. Most families feel unsure going into their session and leave saying how easy and enjoyable it felt. You don’t need to know how to pose or prepare perfectly — that’s my job.
